Ben Engelhart DPT
Ben Engelhart is a physical therapist from the Maryland area. Ben received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and practiced there in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
Ben is passionate about improving the lives of his patients whether they are baby boomers or weekend warriors. One of his areas of focus is the use of manual therapy in the treatment of orthopedic injuries. In addition to orthopedic outpatient settings, Ben has spent time in an acute care setting, traumatic brain injury unit, stroke unit, and in a nursing home setting.
Ben is also a Certified Personal Trainer, and enjoys helping friends and patients with workout regimens.
After having played professional baseball overseas, Ben now keeps himself in shape with weight lifting, running and cycling. Outside of the clinic he enjoys construction, traveling, comedy, literature, and the occasional home beer brewing.
