Doug Coutu is a Clinical Massage Therapist licensed by the State of New York, certified by the Board of Nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and licensed by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
He is also an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association. He graduated in 2002 from the American Institute of Therapeutic Massage Therapy and went on to complete an advanced degree in Medical Massage Therapy from Manhattan's prestigious Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences.
Doug's focus is on trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage therapy and postural reeducation. For the past seven years, Doug has helped his patients find balance, create wellness, and think about their bodies in new ways through massage therapy.
