She received her Certification in Applied Functional Science (CAFS), and Three-Dimensional Movement Assessment Performance Systems, through the Gray Institute and used these skills to improve patient’s lives from older adults to professional athletes.
Natalia has gained an appreciation and interest in pelvic floor physical therapy. She developed a functional pelvic floor strengthening program; which allowed her to expand her patient population and help more patients and clients. Natalia is also NYC's only Certified PelvicoreTM Instructor, single-handedly responsible for bringing the PelvicoreTM ball and its training to New York City.
Natalia is originally from Rochester NY, and has recently relocated to the east coast with her husband Justin. Natalia is a lifelong learner and consistently tries to learn everything she can about physical therapy and wellness to better herself and her patient’s lives. She is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys weight lifting, running, and anything else that tests her physical fitness.
